      Not sure where to start with since everything is worst about this company. Starting with Management who only cares about the people those are in project and earning $$ for them next with the resume/profile marketing team who are dumb & have no knowledge on what they are doing. Blame again goes to to management who is responsible for not having a business strategy. Lastly with immigration team who follows what management says so can't blame them. I am wondering how this company is still surviving with obnoxious management in the toxic environment. I honestly suggest people to avoid joining this company. They don't care about employees benefits who are loyal to the company.

      Very unprofessional, the jobs they post are never placed. They call and say to the individual they are hired by the client, then after few weeks they say the job is hold when the job is not on the hold

      Pros

      You can grow really quickly and learn a lot due to their consistent turnover. Some of the people working their are incredibly kind, everyone leans on each other because they are all stuck in a horrible environment.

      Cons

      The owner and leadership. They are incredibly totalitarian and cannot be reasoned with. At no point can you speak to what is happening in the weeds of day-to-day functions because they will not hear it. They create unrealistic goals to line their own pockets and will question your drive, motivation, and performance based on factors entirely out of your control. The benefits are laughable and insulting, I had doctor's genuinely question if I was providing real insurance. They will strip your 401K match with no notice due to the failing business not making enough money.
