      They have WAY to many meetings, for nothing...Oh wait, that's another CON

      Unless your Indian or a male, you might as well forget any kind of positive, internal growth, and hopes for a future with this company. If you're into lies, back stabbing, and jealousy... This is the place for you! Incredibly negative, unsupportive, and unbelievable favoritism!

      Pros

      Could be a great place for a new college grad to work, ultimately to learn what you do NOT want from an employer.

      Cons

      The company's structure was very unorganized, antiquated methods of recruitment and marketing, extremely conservative atmosphere for a company in the tech industry.

      Pros

      They have lot of vendor contacts and they will get you started in couple of weeks or may be in months. Nice place to start your career and get some hands on experience. Starting pay is ok not decent but good for a starter. They will sponsor employee's immigration as well.

      Cons

      Pay rise. They do not consider your performance at client site they will give you the pay on fly. Person who employed with them long time with worst client performance might get a good pay but a person who is performing well does not get noticed.
