Pros

I worked with some very smart and fun people at Vsoft.

Cons

Purna Veer is a joke. He is arrogant and thinks he knows everything. He hires SMEs in areas (recruiting, sales, etc.) and does not take their advice. He claims that Vsoft is a family but treats people like garbage. He does not deal with confrontation and instead makes other people do his dirty work. He is a bully. There has been such high turnover not only in sales and recruiting but also at the senior management level. If Mr. Veer does not agree with someone, they are quickly gone from the company. The stress level is incredible and the culture is toxic. The medical insurance is horrible and extremely expensive.

Pros

It's a job, and they pay you.

Cons

The structure of the company is set up to reward placing employees, and there are no incentives to be ethical.

Pros

The Chicago Office formally Palace Gate Corporation has wonderful and talented people. Generous PTO plan

Cons

You are only a number to upper management. Not open with employees about what is going on in the company. Very little training for new hires. Purna preaches about "The Vsoft Family" but doesn't bother getting to know his employees. After working for him for 5 years and meeting him several times he didn't even remember my name. He continued to cut every perk/benefit he could that we had prior to the acquisition year after year.
