      Pros

      Great place to start as a new grad nurse. Everyone is willing to help you and educate you. No "eating your young" here. Amazing health insurance benefits. My friend had a baby for $100.....

      Cons

      I wish they would get rid of rotating shifts. Need either days or nights or the ability to rotate every month. Constantly sleep deprived. Pay is lower than other hospitals in the area but benefits are better here.

      Pros

      Great benefits. They also give you tuition reimbursement once you've been there for a year. Most of the people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Lack of training. You have to pay for parking, and when you get there super early you don't want to walk alone downtown. Very inconvenient. I had an awful Clinical Coordinator Acc OR. Very unprofessional.
