VCU Health reviews

Low pay for work done. Slightly overworked in that I perform other people's jobs not in my department due to the incompetence of the people hired for said department. People were thrown into supervisor roles who are not qualified all the while I have multiple degrees and qualifications but cannot move up where I'm at. So instead, I'm expected to work my job and handle other's mistakes all the while my work takes a back seat so that I can do my part to maintain patient privacy and safety since others who are charged with doing so fail to do so.

You are going to be expected to learn how to navigate through a broken system that took years of bad decision making, bad trades, bad business by all the people who get paid $$$$$$ and do NOTHING but walk around and go to meetings. Its a typical corporation. You will learn how little their appreciation of you is, the minute you say anything to the effect of, things could be easier, more organized, etc...then your days are numbered.
