Simple work, easy hiring process

Cons

Both myself as a Black woman and a White colleague did the demo lesson at the same time. She used my background and my computer. When we received the feedback her starting rate was hire even though I have more experience and spent my entire career teaching young learners. Unfair and illegal

I can't think of any.

Cons

They dont pay on time. Then you get less than half of what you have earnt, if youre lucky. They tallk to you like youre a small child. They are unproessional and dishonest. They dont answer queries and problems. Courseware is dreadful.

Love the job and the kids.

Cons

Hate management. If you get sick and have to cancel classes, they block you from getting any more classes until they review your contract. What employer does that?
