There's a lot of misinformation, and miscommunication. Company is dishonest about why certain changes occur. Instead of being truthful, teachers get the used car salesman speech, making it sound like everything is done for our benefit (including cutting $$). It's difficult to get support when truly needed. When something goes wrong, you really feel like it's you against the world with VIPKid. Company reserves the right to go back on it's word. Teachers are not valued, nor is loyalty. VIPKid used to be a wonderful, supportive place to work back when they were small. Now that they are a huge company, everyone is just a number (predictable I suppose) and it's more convenient for them to hire new teachers for lower $$ than keep veteran teachers who helped build them up in the first place.
