      Pros

      Everyone is like a family here. There is no stress related to the job, there are PLENTY of resources from EVERYONE to make sure that you succeed in this company. I love the opportunities that VSP gives people to move up within the company and THEY WANT YOU TO SUCCEED.

      Being here for over a year now, i have no complains for VSP.

      Pros

      Location is great. People are amazing! We have a leadership dedicated to growing the company and invest time and opportunities with the staff. There are opportunities for employees to be here long-term (and it's OK if short-term is your path).

      Cons

      Benefits are OK (I actually changed mine this year because spouse's workplace's were better). Compensation is OK.

      There are no Pros, based on what has been experienced. I would not recommend this company.

      Cons

      The company culture is extremely unhealthy and dysfunctional. If you are use to working in a professional environment, with adults, then this is NOT the company for you. Very high school/click type environment that gets in the way of getting work done. Management even has poor performance in embracing this type of dysfunctional behavior.
