Pros

None, there’s literally no benefit to working here other than not having to commute. Their clients don’t even like them.

Cons

No sick days, no excused absences without prior approval. If you get hit by a car, it’ll count against you for attendance and possibly cause you to get fired! They don’t understand mental health at all and don’t give a crap about their employees. The only thing that matters is their bottom line. They were acquired by a Wall Street hedge fund in 2015 and I assume that’s when they stopped caring if their employees died or not. Auto enrolled in a pretty lousy 401K. Bi-Weekly Pay, awful computer systems coded by someone who didn’t care if the systems worked or not. Complete lack of support, you’ll be lucky if you can get a hold of HR after 2 months of endlessly reaching out.

Pros

- You probably won't be shot walking to work. Probably.

Cons

- Benefits package is a joke. The premium would be $500/month and you would have to spend a lot of money before it kicks in. - They change the hours all the time, from insane morning shifts to training classes that go on until midnight with merely a week's notice. - Parking is horrible and not safe, forcing employees to walk six blocks in the snow, at night, to their cars. - Building is disgustingly dirty, and was infested with bed bugs during the time I worked there. - They do not care about you. They do not care about your circumstances. Many times, the building was filled with pesticide and though the supervisors were not expected to remain in the room, their employees were forced to, with threat of termination if they left. - No coffee machine, food is ridiculously expensive and low quality (I received food-poisoning on multiple occasions). - Supervisors have no idea what they are doing and are incredibly rude. - When I was working on the phones, one supervisor talked loudly and obnoxiously when I was trying to help customers. - Bullying is rampant with nothing done about it. - Pay is a joke and seniority means nothing to this place. Turnover rate is incredibly high. - They expect you to do way more work without increasing your pay. The building is currently moving to a sales only system which requires ten times the work with no pay increase and switching only to night shifts.
