Pros

Vallen has a fantastic training program that exposes you to all parts of the business. Senior management has an open door policy. Everyone wants to help you succeed as long as you are willing to work hard. Plenty of opportunities to grow within the company. Compensation is more than fair and they provide a moving stipend.

Cons

Other than the Charlotte traffic during rush hour there are no cons.

Our Sales and Ops Trainee program is a partnership with our parent company, Sonepar USA. Pros

The benefits and pay are competitive if not better then anyone else in the industry. The culture is a great, fun, and an exciting place to be. The work environment is modern and makes it a comfortable place to get work done. The senior level executives encourage ideas from anyone in the company and you can tell your opinion matters.

Cons

expectation to work hard- not a bad thing if you can handle it.
