These inferior decisions are taking a toll on our company's reputation and competitiveness in the market. We've become a laughingstock compared to our competitors, and it's painful to watch. Perhaps the most baffling decision was the appointment of someone with no HR background as the head of HR. Who in their right mind would make such a reckless choice? It's no surprise that our HR department is now a mess. This decision alone reflects the complete disregard for the well-being of employees.
