Great office relationships, kind and understanding bosses, opportunities to grow and move up, encouraging workplace, some benefits

Cons

If not a licensed broker then customers were rude and refused to work with you, if stock market was down or having issues due to current events in the world call times were long and people would be screaming the second they came on. Mostly it was the clients who didn't understand what IRAs or 401ks were that drained and pushed me out.
