No growth opportunities

Pros

Great WLB, decent pay, great coworkers and culture.

Cons

Zero growth opportunities. I felt like my skills and experience went unnoticed, unused and undervalued. Any time I wanted to to take on an extra project for growth I was stifled, while people with lesser skills and knowledge were promoted. It’s more about who you know. The icing on the cake was when a reorg was done and more responsibilities were given that would have been part of a promotion, but now was just part of my current role.

Pros

A great place to start a career, offering strong learning resources, free training tools, and excellent 401(k) benefits.

Cons

The salary is too low compared to industry standards, and overall employee compensation could be significantly improved.
