Pros

The company has a good benefits package including a good 401K plan with generous company contributions, 20 days of PTO and an option to buy 5 more.

Cons

The downside is that the pay is lower than the average in the industry. The job is positioned in a call center so you vacation will depend on availability and call volumes. You have to follow a scheduling system that allows no flexibility.

Pros

Overall a decent and ethical company. Good benefits (401K, medical/dental/vision insurance, etc) So far there is no layoff so jobs are stable.

Cons

There are not a lot of opportunities to move up or move around. Stress too much about initiatives/volunteer work outside of day to day job. Work-life balance really depends on who your managers are.

Pros

9k Tuition reimbursement, 14% 401k match (4% instant after one year, 10% on a vesting schedule every quarter), yearly bonus. Good opportunities for training.

Cons

Lack of opportunity in Arizona to move off of the phones, or not deal with clerical or middle management. Most MBA level positions back in PA.
