Pros
-New equipment with refrigerators. -Many terminals with amenities. -Some good people.
Cons
-Don't expect to be re-seated if your unit had issues. -Communication can be better- they prefer not to call!. -Miles are not what they said - usually less. -Real average pay is less than they promised. -Forced dispatch. They will try to force drivers for low miles to repower - eg. 20 miles less/more ( This is the day cab drivers duties not OTR). -Not usually easy to found empty in some locations. -Sometimes they can't get you home in time even if you applied for it way before, especially if you have to be at home in specific day and time.
