Extremely Difficult to Work With

Pros

- Good pay -Mostly nice people

Cons

Chaos is always part of rapid growth companies. Leadership’s job is to manage that chaos. Change in direction and/or leadership every 60 days gives the people doing the work whiplash and is a reflection of poorly managed chaos. There are major issues with self protection as a result of fear. The amount of politics from leadership is mind blowing, but again, they are in self preservation mode. Just a simple example, I had a solution to problem in my area of expertise with a $500 cost per month, but specific members of leadership chose an alternative $7000 per month solution that was less effective and not in their area of expertise at all. Why? Because the wrong people make decisions they shouldn’t be making. The amount of wasteful spending is shocking. I think the CEO is capable and has the right intentions, but he’s surrounded by people in survival mode and therefore is not getting accurate representations of what is or should be happening in the company.

Inconsistent

Pros

New equipment Clean large Terminals Cpm is cool if you can get the miles to make it mean something

Cons

Inconsistent miles They disregard the pay period so your checks are low. and just have you sitting around wasting your days holding onto low mile loads because you can’t deliver early with no incentive other than lay over pay which is like 50 dollars and you don’t always qualify for max out earning about 1424 after taxes when running around 3000 miles at .54 cpm And 1600 or so at 0.58 cpm which is the highest rate option But your going to average 2400 miles
