Management is unethical and will throw people out like garbage, some who have been loyal employees for many years. They use RIFs (reduction in workforce) to force out people they don’t like and then turn around and hire someone new to do the same job that has been “eliminated”. Rudeness is tolerated and openly practiced by Senior Leadership.

Where do I even begin? I have worked here six years, first it was wonderful, but since 2020 on and the merger, then extreme DHHS oversight on anything we do, and then changes in policies, pay, raises, and new CEO have made working here unbearable. Policies change almost daily, no one knows what they are doing, there are TOO MANY MANAGEMENT POSITIONS and NOTHING is being done. The worst part is that it affects client care. No one is nice to each other here, people are NOT friendly. Everyone has turned into zombies that should not be working with the general population. The day I get another job and get to leave this unorganized and lack of progressive policies, is the day I will kiss the ground and thank the heavens. Do. Not. Work. Here.
