      The best part of working at Vector was walking out of the door at 5 every day.

      Cons

      I have never in my life worked for such a mismanaged, unorganized and overall toxic company in my life. Managers are inexperienced and put personal issues above the business. The director is complacent and lacks leadership qualities. No one genuinely wants to work here. No one is happy. It is an extremely unhealthy environment to be in. The people at the top of this company only care about those at the top. Lower level employees at Vector get mistreated nonstop. They will work you into the ground and you’ll receive nothing in return. Not even a thank you. This company also has not taken Covid-19 seriously in any shape or form. There have been MULTIPLE cases of Covid in this building that management has kept from the in office employees. I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worst enemy.

      Some good co-workers who care but they are the few that remain

      CEO has no vision and company is floundering. Terrible hiring at executive level positions. Worst paying company in the industry for Sales and Techs, even ADT is better.

      Meeting new people. Learning about the security industry, technology, and alarm systems. Free lunch in offered in the office sometimes.

      Cons

      Turnover rate was high. Most people only worked to receive guaranteed 3-month salary. Anybody was hired to do sales. Hard to attain sales with no marketing tools. Everyone mostly had ADT and security through cable companies. Living on a commission only job, while expected to work 6 days a week is insane. I do not care how well you do in sales. Watched others that worked in sales hardly get any sales with this company. Worst unprofessional incompetent management team. Disrespectful towards women in this role. Good ole boy mentality.
