The biggest thing I can come up with is the insurance benefits decent. I honestly can't really think of anything else.

Cons

Corrupt management. Not all...but most. I was basically taught how NOT to treat people in this office. Almost everyone seems miserable and fake.

Pros

Opportunity to succeed if you fit in the right clique on the Operations side. Service Side of the house seems to have a more fair approach to Management and less politics. Working hours were good & benefits were decent. Coworkers were hard working.

Cons

Management isnt trustworthy. Two faced and very self important. Tell you one thing to your face and then do another. Very frustrating to figure out who you can trust and who you cant. Those you can trust seem to get demoted and demoralized while the sneaky ones get promoted.

- Decent pay for no experience - Company is greatly expanding - Earn benefits quickly - Management is very easy to talk to

Cons

- High turnover rate (not enough employees to handle work efficiently) - Hours are not flexible - When changing hours or moving to part-time, it can be a long process - On-call weeks regularly and as a consequence - Pay is low for amount and type of work being done
