We are glad to hear that you are happy with the benefits we offer our team members as well as the amount of PTO that you receive, but we are sad to hear that you are not happy with the pay and amount of stress that you endure. Be sure you are talking with you supervisor during your performance review to discuss your career advancement with us as there are many team members working at Vector Security who worked their way up in the company, which will help you advance your career/pay and hopefully relieve the work stress your are under. You can also talk with your HRBP or EAP (both confidential) to discuss the stressful environment and they can give you suggestions to help minimize that stress.
