Your acknowledgement of our health insurance, pay/benefits, the culture, work/life balance, love of your former managers, and working with all-stars is the kind of review we strive for. While you did mention some cons, we have been focusing on making improvements and are going through a business transformation which includes the implementation of a better system that will enhance the way we do business. It will help us work together more collaboratively and serve our customers more efficiently. Our entire Management Team continuously strives to improve the communications with/between employees and areas. Our Sr Management is enhancing that communication via newly formed roundtable sessions to discuss breaking down silos and ensuring each team member has the tools and information needed to not only accomplish their role but also understand inputs, outputs and impact to other areas. We appreciate the time you took to share this feedback and wish you the best of luck in your career!

Thank you for the years that you worked at Vector Security and for your acknowledgement of our supportive management team, professional/casual work environment, and the experience of our team members. We review our salary ranges frequently and make sure they are in line with our industry and the market and make changes, when needed. It can be very difficult for some to reach a more sustainable work-life balance. We hope you found you could do a better job of prioritizing that at your new organization.
