Pros

Lots of support from supervisor. Open to new ideas and allows you to be creative

Cons

Long hours and little payoff. Senior sales reps treat you like trash. Open to new ideas as long as they are free.

Pros

Remote positions available for some departments. Most coworkers are nice and understand the same frustrations.

Cons

Unprofessional, unorganized, lack of training, management is lost 90% of the time, overworked and underpaid. Management will make promises to keep you there longer then constantly go back on their word. They expect more and more out of you with no compensation back. The biggest issue with this job was leadership and the lack of training on all ends.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We appreciate you stating that we have "great co-workers and paid lunches", but we are a bit perplexed at your pay and evaluations comment. Our compensation team has done an amazing job over the last several years to ensure that our team members are paid competitive wages that are in-line with our peers. Every team member is to receive a mid-year and annual performance evaluation. The merit budget is set yearly and is more than generous compared to other organizations. If you were interested in getting a much larger pay raise, you would have needed to discuss your options with your management to understand the career path(s) that were open to you. We hope this advice will help you in your future jobs at other organizations. Good leaders do not need to know every job under their organization. The most effective leaders understand the importance of building strong teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and empowering their team members to excel in their roles. We are sorry you did not feel appreciated. We will review these comments with our Gainesville leadership team and make sure they understand the importance of appreciation in the work place. Thank you again for reviewing us on Glassdoor. We wish you the best of luck in your future!
