      Flexible scheduling, good coworkers, friendly company culture, good place to start off in the workforce to gain some experience in a corporate setting.

      Cons

      Lack of effective management, does not listen to employee concerns and feedback, poor staffing, little opportunity for economic growth.

      Less Effective Since Takeover

      Pros

      Vector has decent work benefits for employees. I did not take part in them for personal reasons, but other employees praised the benefit program highly.

      Cons

      There is a large amount of tone-deafness when it comes to problems faced by employees dealing directly with customers. Solutions are not put in place for problems that persist.
