Fairly good job/company but needs better employee retention

Pay is fair, overtime available, potential bonuses/free food, nice coworkers, good opportunity to learn about alarm systems and industry- the environment is not for everyone but if you are fairly smart, stay cool and actually want to work, its a good fit for you

Cons

Not nearly enough internal advancement or transfer opportunities. Call center is a good job and some employees are fine with staying there but other employees want to take the next step forward. Some of these CSRs could have been turned into much needed technicians, sales consultants, and project managers with more guidance and support

Each year during the performance assessment period, team members are given an opportunity to discuss their career aspirations with their supervisor(s). While some want to stay in their current roles, there are opportunities around the organization for everybody but sometimes there may not be a clear path on how to get there. The career aspiration discussion should help define this path, if possible. If you feel that you did not have this conversation or need to revisit it, schedule time with your supervisor to review it again so you can stay on track. Extremely challenging learning curve to understand navigating the system. Low pay for the amount of stress and know how that goes into the job.
