GREAT FIRST SALES JOB, BUT THATS IT

Great first sales job, good people, good training, flexible with work/life balance

Cons

As a sales rep, you need leads to get paid. They only give you a very limited amount of leads and expect you to get the rest on your own. They expect you to door knock in all kinds of weather and promote the company but dont care if you dont make enough to feed your family

A lot of good, dedicated, friendly employees - mid management down.

Cons

Company sets unreasonable unattainable expectations so they don't have to reward good performance. Sr management makes decisions without input with people actually performing the jobs. Sr management doesn't have a clue what's going on in local offices, they only care about hitting bottom line #'s that they set blindly.

Great company to work for with an extremely loyal team from my co-workers to management team. They are tactfully changing with the industry and give their employees the tools to be successful in the process. The sales comp plan is very aggressive if you work hard and sell.
