Pros

Always busy and always exciting to build new technologies, grow MS% and win orders against competition. Lots of room to grow at Veeco if you have the drive and work ethic to make it happen.

Cons

No measurable cons. Current CEO has done a fantastic job turning around pretty poor culture that existed here, that I believe can always be fine tuned, but mainly in the rear view mirror.

The culture is very old school. Younger people may find it harder to get acclimated.
