Hard work is recognized, and rewarded. Good benefits, profit sharing. Opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Dead weight is hardly ever dealt with. It would take a lot to get fired from this place.

If you are really interesting to work with tools and SW. this is the company. Good work life balance

Cons

Semiconductor company always work as sign wave. Every 2-3 years , for some or the other reason, company doesn’t do well and plans for layoff.
