Pros

I met a few good people while working at Velociti, but unfortunately, the red flags were evident from day one. The toxic culture is so ingrained that they don’t even try to hide it—it’s simply the norm.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Velociti operates on an outdated, insular mindset, with leadership that has been in place for decades, having never worked outside the company. The phrase “That’s just the Velociti Way” is repeated daily—meant to silence innovation and reinforce their unwillingness to evolve. Gender bias is rampant, and new ideas are quickly shut down. Employees who challenge the status quo are labeled as "not a team player" or "resistant," while those who stop speaking up are accused of lacking initiative. Velociti thrives on chaos rather than strategy. Leadership lacks direction, reacting impulsively to customer suggestions without a clear vision. New hires, excited to bring expertise from outside industries, quickly find themselves dismissed as “the new people”—expected to conform rather than contribute. Despite employing remote workers, the company micromanages local employees with rigid in-office requirements, showing a clear lack of trust. Promotions are given in title only, with no corresponding pay increase, and employees are made to feel they should be grateful to be part of the "Velociti family" rather than expect fair compensation. The company culture is built on a foundation of sexism, racism, and excessive drinking. Gaslighting is rampant—employees are constantly made to question their own abilities and reasoning. If you speak up, you’re a problem. If you stay silent, you’re seen as disengaged. There is no winning here. Protect your confidence, your time, and your sanity. There are far better places to work—Velociti is not one of them.

Pros

Work-life balance is pretty good.

Cons

This is truly the most toxic, dysfunctional place I've ever worked at. There is no chance for advancement, unless you're a straight, white man who is related to or friends with one of the executives. Nobody is ever held accountable, so half the people there don't even do their job. Therefore, the people who actually do care are stuck with extra workloads. I've also never worked at a company where it was okay to drink and pop pills on the clock. If you just want a job, then I would recommend this place but if you're actually focused on your career then stay very far away.

Pros

Not many- few good people work there.

Cons

No sick time , If you are not "in the good old boys club" you are outed . If you are a women - simply flirt heavily and you are ok to do about whatever you like. Training is horrible! You are given several rough draft papers and told figure out what works best for you. Instead of improving a person's performance -they lay blame on everyone in a meeting without offering guidance to anyone needing it. Not sure how some of the managers got their positions other than they are in the "boys club" Most are worried about what alcohol they are going to drink next . Stay far away from this toxic culture, foul language ,sexual innuendos, everything the guidelines to being a professional is out the door. This company has a lot to learn about how to conduct itself in an office environment.
