Corruption, greed, and nepotism run this company.

Pros

I made some awesome friends while working there.

Cons

The C-Suite at this company is rotten to its core. If you aren’t a friend or family member of the executives, you are nothing more than a disposable number on a spreadsheet. Nepotism drives every decision at the top, and it bleeds into the way the entire organization is run. Don’t expect to be valued for your skills, experience, or work ethic. What matters here is who you’re connected to. While the company pinches pennies everywhere else, leadership shamelessly awards themselves multiple bonuses that are more than the average employee’s entire yearly salary. Meanwhile, the people actually doing the work are underpaid, overlooked, and treated as expendable. There is no transparency, no fairness, and no accountability. Worse, if leadership decides they want you gone, they won’t hesitate to destroy your reputation to do it. Employees have been accused of sexual harassment without evidence, simply because they were inconvenient or no longer useful. Others are targeted with fabricated stories, false write-ups, and trumped up performance issues. It’s not just unethical, t’s abusive. Despite all of this, management still has the audacity to demand loyalty, as if employees should be grateful to work under such corrupt and toxic conditions. The hypocrisy is staggering. This is not a company that cares about its people. It is a place where greed, favoritism, and power games come before everything else. If you value your career, your integrity, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor: stay far, far away from this company.

Pros

Salary was fair but learned that practically all employees that are not senior level were paid poorly. The benefits are the worse of any company in the US.

Cons

Vensure treats employees like cattle. You will constantly be monitored to see how many clicks per minute you have on your computer and written up if you aren’t clicking enough or visiting a website they consider to be work related. They use Activtrak which then does not give anyone credit for work accomplished on other devices. Thankfully, I was never written up but I was asked to write up my employees. The company is extremely disorganized from the top. Company is ran in such a lean manner that nothing can get done. Your co-workers hate it there so they are severely disengaged and not going to help you. Technology used is stuck in the stone ages and their clients hate it!!! The company is running out of money is laying off people and can’t pay.

Conflicts of Interest and Zero Concern for Employee Wellbeing.

Pros

There were pros, but none of those remain.

Cons

Dan Thompson, A C-level executive, was placed on the board as Chief Benefits Officer. This is a conflict of interest as he owns a company that peddles AIMM and SisCo, two of the worst companies an employee will ever have the misfortune of being forced to use. The AIMM/SisCo "insurance" is a joke that only the cheapest of cheap companies would ever consider moving their employees to it. It's a very strong message to their employees that "we don't care about you." Then Vensure went and put all of its own employees on the plan, so isn't that ironic? In fact, they had the nerve to say it didn't save them any money to move us to the plan. Everyone is complaining about it, so if it didn't gain you anything why don't you switch us all back to Aetna? Yeah, you won't - because it absolutely saved you money. At least you think it did. How much effort do you think employees are giving you when they're constantly worried they can't even see their doctor when they need to? This direct care scam involves a "nurse helpline" that consists of the most callous, incompetent employees that even Satan himself couldn't conjure up. The idea is that you're supposed to call them and they'll send you to the "best" provider for your needs. In reality they exist to send you to the cheapest care possible, and even then they'll likely deny your visit. Called and got it approved? When you get there the doctor will say they've never heard of this network and refuse to bill it as they likely won't get paid. Calling the hotline will result in the hotline worker (they don't deserve the title nurse) insulting your doctor, saying they're going to find you a better doctor, potentially destroying any doctor-patient relationship in the process with no regard for you. Adult who desperately needs to see a neurologist? Apparently the "best care" for you is a pediatric neurologist who doesn't see adults. "Nurse Deb" is a C-level executive of the AIMM company. They are as sketchy as it gets. They have a book labeled "Life and Death Decisions in the C-Suite" that they peddle on their site. They reply to any real review saying "it's just the plan rules." I guess she's not lying, the plan rules are apparently "deny all claims. Let employees die." This company seems to give executives decent treatment while leaving all of those employees not in the "C-Suite" to die while they beg for medically necessary procedures, all because this "nurse" WHO HAS NOT EVER SEEN YOU determined it's not medically necessary. If you need an emergency surgery you are LITERALLY better off quitting immediately and seeking government assistance. That's how little Vensure values their staff. Even if Vensure offers you some great benefits when hiring you, run. They will disappear on you. Oh P.S. Don't forget about the tax fraud scheme with The PHMP, which is a shell of a "wellness" program meant to save the company on taxes for you, despite tax law explicitly stating wellness benefits must be directly health related, and the cash benefit does not qualify. Run. Run. Run some more. This company is as greedy as it gets. Do you really want those people making "Life and Death Decisions in the C-Suite?"
