Pros

They did have good dept leaders, but they let them go. So no positive to list

Cons

Everything. You will be employed for a few months to a yr then they will outsource your job for cheaper labor and no health insurance requirements. While you are working there, you will notice the mistakes that the offshore teams make and you will wonder and wait until someone turns them in for fraud. Hopefully you will already be employed somewhere else when you see Ventra in the news for their non compliant and fraudulent practices.

Pros

remote- flexible hours with approval- but this to is being revised so its back on the to be determined list

Cons

. claims open door - but secretive- immediate manger displays defeat. does not know or having answers- have been told not to ask- as she doesn't know anything they are kept in dark as well. not encouraged to stay positive Keeps colleagues in the dark. disregard for dedicated worthy long term employees, CEO changes frequently- comes up with new promises, Schedules meetings after hrs. as have off shore interests. upper management reaches out to underling's- immediate management team not aware. Requests task not under current responsibilities. immediate manager asks why still working on something assigned from elsewhere. refuses to keep staff informed of potential employment status, lots of terminations, resignations in upper management- consistent upper and lower management changes, staff quitting regularly- not even concerned regarding a good employment recommendation. same positions are not treated the same. displays favoritism. VH please don't recommend contacting HR- I have done that. at least truthful about don't expect any raises, but dangles the possibility of bonus- keep that carrot out there.

Pros

Decent paid time off package

Cons

Dishonest. Will outsource overseas for $5k-$7k annual salary but overseas reps make many mistakes. Corporate greed. You can make more as a Taco Bell shift manager at $18-$20/hour compared to $15-$16/hour.
