Pros

Great co-workers, everyone is very welcoming. Patient when training and teaching and always willing to help. Management actually cares about you.

Cons

Working on the admin team, it can get a little loud in the center and at times this makes it difficult to work.

Pros

The culture here is wonderful. When I left my old job I thought I would never be able to find such a close-knit work environment, but boy was I wrong! Positivity flows throughout the hallways and management is always looking for ways to help us advance our careers!

Cons

The majority of employees within the company work from home, so it can be hard to establish strong relationships with them. However, the ability to work from home is very beneficial for the one's who have families or live far away.

Pros

This is a great company to work for if you're looking for an opportunity to grow and learn in the ABA field! They offer opportunities in education, supervision, and certification.

Cons

If you're looking for something full time you have to keep a close eye on open full time positions, or you can work to build up your caseload to full time hours. Otherwise they work with your schedule and match you with clients that have similar availability. The more availability you have, the more hours you can get!
