Management is very narcissistic. The call center director is always on a power trip and the supervisors are her minions. If she doesn’t like you they will make your job harder to make you quit. there are no promotions like they harp on, please don’t believe the lies.

Pay is 15 and you only get a dollar raise when you move up to any position they make you review the company before you get on the floor and can really tell whats going on so the company looks good. Communication is horrible Rules and regulations only apply to certain people available help is lacking or ignored Policies applied and then un-applied Point system applied when they see fit upper management is never together on how to go about doing things upper management is always passing the buck never accepting responsibility sneaky
