There are significant amount of coworkers that have great intentions. Relaxed work environment. Good benefits and compensation.

Cons

Poor leadership by management Outdated computer systems and processes Lack of proper training for the industry Constantly changing business practices which only slows down work. If you are a recent graduate, stay away.

The benefits are good and the hours

The downside for working at veritiv is your manager never has your back, the CEO doesn't acknowledge her employees. They show a lot of favoritism in this company. The training is horrible and no one takes responsibility for lack of information given.
