Good pay PTO is generous Tuition assistance Lots of employee resource groups.

Cons

This is the hardest part for managers: Almost no training before you're expected to perform the job. Some teams do help train but it's not a requirement. Many managers just start out doing the job without knowing how. Upper managers can be inflexible regarding what works best for different employees. People who do the best work are rewarded with more messes to fix. No exchange of knowledge from work force that is aging out of the company to the new work force so the next generation has less help, the records continue to be more confusing and they are expected to do much more.
