Pros

Great opportunities for promotion. Started off as a drafter worked my way up to engineering manager. Salary was great as a employee was average as a manger. Excellent training and great benifits.

Cons

Management need more support from corporate. The company is stuck in a hard spot with pleasing management and the union CWA or the IBEW. its a fine line to walk.
