The pay is good, you get discounts off of lines of service and accessories, medical/dental, also work from home.

Cons

customers are CRAZY! you are expected to be the fixer of every little thing the customer demands, transferring to supervisors is frowned upon, you have to have thick skin to work there bc lots of mistakes done by either stores or previous reps and customers will take it out on you.
