Pros

Great pay & Great benefits The ability to work from home Meet great people

Cons

Long hours Aggressive selling Micromanaging Lack of managerial support The coaching felt condescending, it was advertised as customer service but you have to sell on EVERY call, not hard but very stressful and demanding, if you can’t deal with long hours and angry caller all day this isn’t for you. The call volume is HIGH. Never a break in between calls

Pros

friendly coworkers, work at home

Cons

HR harassing you while on STD/LTD, never responds to concerns, only 1 month to KNOW everything with the various systems you use daily. Uses Sedgewick for the STD/LTD (horrible 3rd party company that screws you over)

Pros

Pretty good starting pay and yearly raises/bonuses. Company has top tier benefits including $8000 a year in tuition assistance

Cons

Every six months the shifts change and employees bid on the shift and have 20 different ones you put in order of what you want most to last. Your bid rank is 50% performance and 50% tenure there so automatically you’ll be getting not great schedules Can be very stressful sitting in one spot taking all types of calls.
