      The expectations of AE are unreasonable. The product just does not sell as well as the management wants it to sell in prep for the IPO. This is how I feel and it's how the majority of my peers feel - I think maybe one third of us hit the quota. On top of unreasonable quotas, while you might have a MM title, you'll mostly work with SMB accounts! Leadership gaslights the team about not hitting quotas, placing the blame on the workers and not the product/cost/quotas. Cannot recommend this unless you love the pain of missing quotas and getting yelled at.

      Nice office and benefits like free lunch

      Unreal expectations, very door salesman-y and pushy even if customers didn't want our solution. The managers required you in the office by 7:30am on Fridays and when you had concerns or needed help they didn't know how to help you. If you were doing poorly on your quota and asked for help they would gaslight you into saying I'm not a good fit for the job. I've never worked for a company that had such inexperienced management and would interrupt people, especially women, mid-sentence. I heard the director many times say shut-up or be quiet when reps would ask for help or explain things. We were paid the same scale as Salt Lake City, which I think is illegal - Seattle is one of the most expensive cities to live in in the US.

      Pros

      The office is very nice and lunch is included. Otherwise, not many positives.

      Cons

      Where to start? Toxic work environment, driven from the top down. No WLB. Poor communication about what is expected of the team. The sales team we work with hates their jobs even more than we do.
