The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.

Great flexible part time job with a great company. This workplace is the opposite of toxic. Also easy to know what to expect on a day to day basis for the most part.
