A Good Company to Work For

Pros

The general benefits looks great. The hiring and onboarding team at Silverstone are wonderful! And hiring process from start to end went smooth for me. I also appreciated the company orientation and the contents that were covered.

Cons

The RN salary rate is lower compared to other high end continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in Arizona. The new nurse orientation is not organized. There is no charge/ nurse supervisor that is usually present in a skilled nursing facility whose role is to work along/ help with the nurse staff. Their tasks are then being covered by the nurses which can be a lot.
