Flexible hours, PTO, great benefits, short commute, holiday gift from the resident council, opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Workload and responsibilities have increased due to new processes being implemented - compensation needs to reflect that, in addition to the rising cost of living.

On-call has a flexible daily schedule, managers are available and easy to talk to, and co-workers are friendly and helpful. People work toward a common goal of solving problems. Everything is very clean.

Cons

The hourly schedule is not flexible; it's all shift work with set start and end times.
