Pros

They have a Good Benefitspacakge. I like the location; its clean and nice. Its a small communtiy. The pay is also good.

Cons

There is really no room for growth unless you are a nurse. The pay could always be better. The management team isnt a strong team.

Pros

The company has the right ideas and seems to care about the residents we serve. Especially in the communities there appears to be a genuine love for what we do. The company is profitable even in a rough economy.

Cons

Limited career growth, a lot of politics, and money spend in places needlessly for/by a few instead of on hard working employees. It is a very conservative company with too many rules. If you are not a favorite of someone high up, then you aren't getting anywhere except out the door.
