Friendly staff, flexible hours, and management responds well to suggestions or requests for help.

Cons

Often times you will have to assume other responsibilities beyond the job description because of a gap in the staffing. Never overworked but priorities can overlap at times.

Benifits, pay and the residents are very nice.

Cons

Everyone is out for themselves, terrible team work and support. Inability to staff the property correctly. Everyone who works there is just angry and so negative.
