There is a shift meal, the staff seems to have really good team work when it comes to filling open shifts. I always have opportunity to get open shifts.

Cons

Bad staff retention due to a rotating schedule, limiting consistency with time off. Really hard to get vacation time.

Good benefits although the pay scale is less than other nearby facilities. Facility is posh and beautiful. Our residents are given great care.

Cons

Basically the only con is upper management in care center and this is why only the 1 star. Not trustworthy. Dishonest. Takes sides and later turns it around.
