Pros

Pays well, meal on your shift, good benefits. There is good training, particularly online, with probably over 1,000 courses. You can move up if you play the corporate game well.

Cons

The company is changing. In the past five years, the upper management has become disengaged, and clearly are positioning itself to sell the company. They talk a good game, but do not follow through even when alerted to huge issues.

A buttoned up organization with a very principled focus. Well run by the executive team, extremely structured, never sloppy, guided by integrity.

Cons

May be too structured for some; the nature of their business is highly regulated, and therefore so too can be their approach.

Pros

Great food, clean environment, lots of supplies, friendly people. Great pay and benefits. Location is also great. Lots of access to discounts for pretty much anything.

Cons

Nobody helps each other. LVNS think their crap doesn't stink. They have alot of employee appreciation things (compliment cards and kudo coins), but nobody actually uses them. Not acknowledged for anything, only when you mess up. No employee parking. Takes atleast 15 minutes to find a spot on the street. Poor communication among cnas, and nurses No one to talk to if you have an issue with another coworker. Feel like your gonna be fired for anything, because somebody is getting fired every week.
