- Communicative Management - Well Developed System (clear job expectations, clear training plan, clear protocol for handling daily activities) - Appreciative of Employees (Customer Service Appreciation week, holiday bonus, accommodating of schedule changes)

Cons

- Street parking is horrible and per diem employees do not have access to valet - Lots of part-time concierges so communication within the team is not always consistent

Pros

The management cares about your life outside of work and are very understanding with scheduling and prioritize school over work. There are many benefits such as tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities as well as employee appreciation funds. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is healthy and it is the best job I have worked so far.

Cons

One downside if you want to consider it a downside is as a server you don't make tips, however it is easily balanced out by the starting pay and many bonuses given out. The other is sometimes residents may not be the nicest and can be jerks at time, but that's only a minority, most of the residents are super nice and appreciative.
