Free food, parking on site.

Cons

I would not consider working here at Vi. Management is high turnover, rude co workers, High turnover, angry staff, and not cohesive at all. The pay is low, you can make more money at Denny's and meet better co workers. Definitely not a fit if you are hard working and have high Standards.

Good benefits, decent pay, decent coworkers

Cons

Mid level and front line employees are excellent. Higher levels full of "box checkers". It seems good at first, until you realize the ingeniousness of it. Favoritism runs rampant. Little room for growth.

I got a paycheck every other week.

Cons

Management is a joke. They are just puppets of the corporate office and have no actually say on what happens at the community. They except you do burn yourself out before they actually do anything.
