Pros

Hard to name pros. You get to check your text messages?

Cons

So the text messages you get to check are the never ending demanding texts from leadership who threaten your job. They clean sweep anyone who disagrees with their head trainer in NC, or the new regionals they brought on from Best Buy which was totally Cool In like 2005, can destroy Hard working people who breathed everything the company was about. The CEO puts on these fake webinars where he wants you to be honest and ask the “tough” questions but bites your head off if the question is a repeat, they witch hunt people, but yet have failed to point the finger back at themselves. The CEO also will throw around that he owns part of the company. He sold out with only 300 locations and came Back trying to fix 1300 locations. In over their heads!!! You have to sit on these town hall calls where they sit and joke back and forth with each other like they have a clue? If you can’t access RQ or Flex don’t put yourself on screen demanding 5 accessories per customer.

Pros

The pay is not the worst in the industry but far from the best. Great spiffs are offered at times but typically on older devices and mostly LG & Motorola.

Cons

They implemented a commission structure that only pays you out if you reach 75% of your target. The problem is this is based on year over year growth and doesn't factor in current promotional offers or number of hours allotted to each employee. This structure also doesn't factor in the amount of employees working at the location. Prior year there were 4 employees and they each worked 39 hours per week and sold 150 devices as a store in December. The following year you would have 3 employees and only scheduled 30 hours per week and be expected to sell 180 as a store with less promotions.
