Pros

I have been working here a little less than 1 year. This is a well funded company with lots of opportunity, depending on the department and your own personal goals. Viewpoint treats their employees very well. The PTO and benefits are generous. I really enjoy the people that I interact with on a regular basis. I feel that Viewpoint works hard to promote a great work environment.

Cons

Outdated systems and processes make it challenging to do your job efficiently. They are however, trying to implement SalesForce across multiple departments for better communication and work efficiency.

Pros

Some flexibility in work schedule , generous PTO.

Cons

Very weak leadership with no tangible emphasis on the customer. For the last few years the company has been focused on profitability with little or no care for the customer base. Most employees are caring and hard working, but with the revolving door at the executive level, it's impossible to be heard or acknowledged. With any luck the company will be sold in the next year or two.

Pros

One of the bigger primary players as software provider in the Construction industry. Large suite of product offerings into the market place. Some good benefits, primarily in PTO for employees, fair incentive packages.

Cons

No loyalty, very little appreciation for the employees taking care of the customers. Lot's of suspect sustainability issues. Messaging spoken doesn't match actions. Careless about the mid market division of the business. Height mid management turnover.
