Pros

One of the bigger primary players as software provider in the Construction industry. Large suite of product offerings into the market place. Some good benefits, primarily in PTO for employees, fair incentive packages.

Cons

No loyalty, very little appreciation for the employees taking care of the customers. Lot's of suspect sustainability issues. Messaging spoken doesn't match actions. Careless about the mid market division of the business. Height mid management turnover.

Front line workers try hard. Decent pay and benefits. Nice facilities. Great customers.

Cons

Company no longers seems to care about customer needs. The number of people providing direct support to customers is decreasing. Primary interest seems to be to make the company look profitable. The company has too many products in too many geographies to doing any one thing well. The old guard that made the company great has almost all left as they couldn't stomach the changes being driven by the new ownership.
